Natalia Kazirelova - Biography

Natalia Kazirelova was born in Russia. She graduated from the Novorosyisk’s Artistic school and the Theatre Department of Odessa’s University of Good Arts where she finished the complete circle of studies. After graduation, she continued painting. She has also worked as stage designer at theatres, as decorator and has fine experience in teaching art painting.

Since 1989 she lives and works in Athens, the capital of Greece. There she found a thriving emerging art culture that provided her with opportunities to continue developing her own work within a community of other working artists. She became a member of the Chamber of Fine Arts of Greece and of the Visual Artists' Association of Central Greece (V.A.A.C.E.), and began exhibiting her work in galleries and art festivals. Her work continues to evolve. More than 300 works are found in private collections in Greece, Spain, France, Norway, Russia, Japan, Israel and USA. Her works have also been used for CD covers and poetic collections.

In 2011, Natalie received the first Prize of Oscar Kokoschka at the International Symposium in Pochlarn, Austria.
